Exercise & Rehabilitation

Physiotherapy Links is focused on injury self-management and the promotion of lifelong health.  This is primarily achieved through exercise prescription and evidence based practice rehabilitation programmes.

We provide exercise programmes for a wide range of conditions from sporting and musculoskeletal injuries to post-operative rehabilitation.  We can also implement falls prevention and balance programmes for elderly patient and return to work programmes.

We will work with you to create your own personalized exercise programme to help you achieve your sporting, functional, health or work related goals.
